交错并联移相全桥全负载状态静态特性研究与优化设计

Abstract:

软开关移相全桥是目前在中大功率的开关电源系统应用广泛的一种拓扑结构。通过多电源模块的交错并联能够提高变换器功率等级,减小滤波器体积重量。本文应用小信号建模分析方法,研究了交错并联移相全桥软开关变换器在全负载状态的小信号模型,对比差分采样与电流传感器采样模型的区别,解释了电感电流的低频振荡问题的产生的原因,并提出解决方案。最后通过仿真和实验进行了验证。
