电动汽车光伏充电站的多目标优化调度方法

Abstract:

电动汽车光伏充电站是实现电动汽车对可再生能源就地消纳利用的典型集成方式,本文针对光伏充电站运行中的优化调度问题展开研究。介绍了光伏充电站的典型结构、组成单元功能及基本运行策略。综合分析电动汽车充电、光伏发电及储能系统等多方面的运行特性,提出考虑购电费用和蓄电池循环电量的多目标优化调度数学模型;构造含电动汽车充电时间、蓄电池充放电功率及电池荷电状态(SOC)范围、配电网供电功率、系统功率平衡的约束条件;在此基础上,通过非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA)-II算法对多目标优化模型进行求解。结合具体算例,在不同日照和蓄电池初始SOC条件下,获得多组Pareto最优解集;从中选取典型调度方案,分析各组件功率调节的合理性;最后,通过与即时充电方案的比较,优化结果在购电费用和蓄电池循环电量上表现出明显的优势。本文所提的优化调度方法,将为示范城市充电基础设施的运行提供理论依据和技术支撑。
