计及电动汽车充电站接入的配电网承载能力评估与优化

Abstract:

电动汽车充电站广泛接入到配电网中是实现电动汽车大规模推广应用的关键之一。为了评估与评价电动汽车充电站的接入对于配电网的影响,本文根据所提出的配电网承载能力评估指标体系,针对电动汽车充电站的充电方式与位置特点等分别建立电池更换站、居民区充电站、公共场所充电站的概率负荷模型。利用基于模糊理论、熵权法、层次分析法的综合评价方法对评估指标体系进行评分。在此基础上提出了一种优化配电网承载能力的重构方法。最后以IEEE33节点配电网为算例对配电网承载能力评估指标体系与优化算法的可行性进行了分析和验证。
