永磁同步电机的最优矩角补偿控制

Abstract:

针对一类d轴电感与q轴电感不相等的永磁同步电机(PMSM),在矢量控制坐标变换的基础上,提出了最优矩角补偿控制方法,利用永磁同步电机在d-q坐标系下电磁转矩方程,得出了转矩随补偿角变化的关系表达式,并按极值原理,推导出使电机电磁转矩取最大值的补偿角与电流的关系表达式。对提出的最优矩角补偿控制、Id=0控制等方法进行了仿真研究,仿真结果表明在相同的定子电流下,采用最优矩角补偿控制电机输出更大的电磁转矩,系统动态响应快。最后,在基于DSP的永磁同步电机控制平台上对该方法进行了实验验证,实验结果证明了该方法的有效性和工程可实现性。
