新型两相同步对称励磁模式开关磁阻电机及其转矩特性

Abstract:

电动汽车用开关磁阻电机转矩特性对电动汽车整车动力性能与乘坐舒适性能起着至关重要的作用。为了降低开关磁阻电机传统绕线布置形式进行两相同步励磁控制模式时的转矩脉动,提高其输出转矩,在揭示了传统绕线方式两相同步励磁时转矩不对称问题的基础上,通过改变电机绕组绕线方式,提出了一种新型两相同步对称励磁模式;针对建立的新型励磁模式电机电磁模型,利用数值计算方法得到了该模式下电磁转矩特性曲线,并以单相励磁模式为参考进行了对比分析。设计了新型励磁模式开关磁阻电机电磁转矩特性测试实验,实验结果验证了提出的新型励磁模式的有效性。
