基于周期性无功电流扰动的孤岛检测新方法

Abstract:

为实现分布式发电系统的无缝切换和提高可再生能源利用,本文提出了一种无破坏性和无有功功率波动的孤岛检测新方法。该方法通过注入周期性无功电流扰动,迫使公共耦合点电压频率出现相对应周期性波动,采用滑模离散傅里叶变换提取频率波动特征分量,根据孤岛发生前后特征分量的变化进行孤岛判别。依IEEEstd1547孤岛测试标准对该方法进行理论分析和仿真研究,结果验证了该方法的有效性。
