考虑换电储备的电动汽车光伏换电站动态功率分配方法

Abstract:

功率分配方式是电动汽车光伏换电站实际运行中的关键问题。本文首先给出光伏换电站的系统结构及其基本组成单元的功能模型。为评价光伏换电站的运行性能,构建体现换电服务可用性和可再生能源就地消纳利用情况的运行性能评价指标。在此基础上,提出了考虑换电储备的光伏换电站动态功率分配方法一方面,引入短期换电需求预测的结果,建立换电服务模型;另一方面,根据每时段站内可用的动力电池总量及光伏输出功率,建立功率分配模型。通过对实际光伏换电站运行算例的仿真求解,从系统功率平衡、运行性能指标分析等方面验证了所建模型的合理性和正确性。仿真结果证实了该方法在保障换电服务可用性的前提下有效提高了光伏就地消纳利用比例。本文所提方法将为我国示范城市换电站的优化运行提供理论依据和技术支撑。
