电力系统运行均匀性分析与评估

Abstract:

均匀性是物质的一项基本状态属性。提出针对电网运行安全性与电力资产利用效率的均匀性分析与评估方法。首先,分析电力系统不均匀性产生的原因,研究系统运行均匀性与经济性和安全性之间的关系,阐述在电网规划、运行和管理过程中考虑系统均匀性的重要性。其次,从电力系统运行状态和安全裕度两个角度,定义系统状态均匀度和固有均匀度评价指标。最后,针对固有均匀度指标直接求解的困难,提出基于设备负载率约束参数δU和δL的优化模型并进行求解。IEEE30节点测试系统上的算例分析表明,均匀性分析与评估对电力系统规划、运行和管理都具有积极的参考意义,是对智能电网评价体系的补充与完善。
