基于光纤以太网通信的大功率工业整流系统多点测量与能效分析

Abstract:

针对大功率工业整流系统各部件损耗及效率无法核算的现状,提出了一种基于光纤以太网通信的大功率整流系统多点测量与能效分析方法。以基于感应滤波技术的大功率工业整流系统能效分析系统为例,对能效分析系统的整体设计方案、同步测量机理以及能效分析算法进行了详细的阐述,给出了一种基于傅里叶变换的数据压缩与重构算法及直流大电流间接反演算法,并通过仿真和实验验证了算法的正确性和工程实用性。工程实例表明该能效分析方法可以有效实现工业整流系统各供电装备与系统的效率核算,实现整流变压器及整流器的损耗与效率分析,从而为提高装备效率及系统节能提供必要的依据。
