微电网建设规划方案评估与选择

Abstract:

微电网建设规划方案决策中评价指标要素间相互关联是普遍存在的,针对传统评估方法对要素间的影响关系考虑较少或衡量主观,以至关联关系难以准确界定的问题,提出基于DEMATEL-ANP-VIKOR(DEMATELDecisionMakingTrialandEvaluationLaboratory,ANPAnalyticNetworkProcess,VIKORVisekriterijumskaOptimizacijaIKompromisnoResenje)的多属性微电网建设规划方案综合决策模型,利用DEMATEL法量化准则层指标要素的影响关系强度,充分考虑指标之间的依赖-反馈关系,采用ANP法确定各指标的权重,通过追求最大化群体效益和最小化个体遗憾,结合VIKOR法完成对备选方案的综合排序和选优。实例分析表明,该决策模型可以很好地适应指标体系中复杂的关联关系,有效提高指标权重分配的均衡性,具有一定的工程应用价值。
