功率解耦后三相-单相矩阵变换器的闭环控制策略

Abstract:

三相-单相矩阵变换器(3-1MC)不含母线电容,单相脉动功率直接耦合到输入侧,导致三相输入电流谐波含量高、输入源容量要求大。因此,文章研究了含功率解耦电路的3-1MC拓扑,该拓扑下单相脉动功率流入功率解耦电路并构成能量流通回路,根本上解决了脉动功率对输入侧的影响。但是,3-1MC功率解耦拓扑中增加了功率开关,影响变换器的闭环设计。于是,文章利用开关器件平均模型法逐步简化3-1MC功率解耦拓扑的数学模型,建立变换器dq轴坐标系下的小信号模型,结合小信号模型的特点和传递函数,提出一种虚拟直流母线电压反馈的闭环控制策略并研究控制参数设计方法。最后,实验结果表明该种闭环策略能有效控制3-1MC功率解耦拓扑,具有良好的动静态特性。
