基于锁相环的空调直流压缩机矢量控制系统

Abstract:

永磁同步电动机因其固有优点在空调直流压缩机中得到广泛应用。传统的120°方波驱动方式,存在着转矩脉动大、噪声高、效率低等缺点。在假设坐标系上构造永磁同步电动机状态观测器,实现对反电动势的观测和对假设坐标系与转子d-q坐标的偏差检测,通过锁相环控制偏差为零来实现转子位置和转速的估算;详细分析了状态观测器的极点配置方法、电流环控制器和速度环控制器的设计方法,利用抗饱和PI控制器避免控制系统饱和现象的发生,提高了系统的稳定性;针对内置永磁体同步电动机的空调直流压缩机,采用最大转矩/电流比控制,提高系统效率。仿真和实验结果验证了本文所提设计方法的可行性和有效性。
