基于B-dot探针的旋弧开关电弧运动速度测量

Abstract:

针对一个轴向磁场控制的旋转电弧脉冲功率开关,借助B-dot探针研究了开关中的电弧在常压下空气中的运动特性。B-dot探针是一个基于电磁感应原理的小线圈,其感应电压随电弧距线圈位置而变化。为研究电弧运动速度随电流变化的规律,在一周内均匀布置6个探针。探针被放置在电极间隙的正下方,其轴向与电弧运动方向平行,且在同一高度上。计算电弧速度时,近似认为探针信号过零点对应于电弧经过探针正上方。实验中采用一个多模块放电回路,通过时序放电,在开关上得到近似梯形状的电流波形。根据探针信号计算得到在该电流波形下电弧速度的变化,在电流为20kA时,电弧速度约为550m/s。
