内环钳位式新型五电平逆变器系统

Abstract:

在交流电动机调速领域,多电平变换器的应用越来越广泛,在各种多电平拓扑结构中,二极管钳位型多电平拓扑结构在中低压领域的应用最为广泛。但是随着电压等级的升高,开关数量的增加,钳位电容电压的平衡问题也成为该结构突出的难题。本文提出了一种新颖的内环钳位式新型五电平逆变器结构,该结构基于传统的二极管钳位型五电平拓扑结构,在其内环悬浮电容节点上接入一组独立的直流电压源,通过最优控制的算法,实现了五电平拓扑结构中所有钳位电容电压在全负载范围内稳定可控。本文对所提出的五电平拓扑结构进行了仿真及实验研究,仿真和实验结果验证了新方案的可行性。本文提出的方法为二极管钳位型多电平结构解决电容电压平衡问题提供了一个新颖的思路,对该结构的深入研究具有重要的实用意义。
