一种快速自驱动电压建立同步整流器的研究

Abstract:

为了提高谐振复位正激变换器同步整流自驱动电路的效率,提出一种新型高效快速自驱动电路,使得电路中续流开关管驱动的电压迅速建立,同时减少变换器的功耗,并给出新驱动电路工作原理和仿真与实验结果。论文最后对3.3V输出电压谐振复位正激变换器进行设计分析和实验分析,结果表明所提方案续流管的开通速度比现有方案驱动来得快,减少开关损耗和死区时间,提高了整机效率。
