软开关双输入全桥变换器的参数设计

Abstract:

在采用两个甚至多个输入源的新能源联合供电系统中,用单个多输入直流变换器(Multiple-InputConverter,MIC)代替原有的多个单输入直流变换器,可以简化电路结构,降低系统成本。与传统的单输入直流变换器不同,MIC的参数设计比较复杂,这是由于MIC存在多路源同时供电和单路源独立供电的多种工作模式,同时为了在多种模式下实现所有开关管的软开关,本文提出了一种综合考虑多种工作模式的软开关双输入全桥变换器的参数设计方法。给出了具体的设计过程,最后搭建了一套800W的原理样机给出了实验验证。
