电力变压器铁心剩磁的测量与削弱方法

Abstract:

大型电力变压器在各种检测以及运行之后,由于其铁心结构的封闭性以及铁磁材料固有的磁滞现象,会在铁心中留有剩磁。剩磁的存在将加速电力变压器铁心的磁化饱和,产生励磁涌流。本文提出一种新的剩磁测量方法,通过分析剩磁产生的原理,对已知电力变压器进行电磁暂态仿真分析建立剩磁-电流的关系式。选取环形变压器铁心搭建实验检测电路,处理实验得到暂态测量电流信号,并将结果代入已建立的剩磁-电流关系式中,得到电力变压器铁心中的剩磁。在已知剩磁的基础上研究已有的去磁方法,选取直流法削弱剩磁,根据测量得到的剩磁进行去磁电流设定。通过消磁前后的测量电流波形对比说明能够有效地削弱剩磁,达到减小涌流的目的,验证了去磁方法的有效性。
