永磁直驱系统变流器开路故障诊断方法

Abstract:

永磁直驱系统变流器的开路故障会严重影响系统的运行特性。为了提高系统可靠性,要求系统能够及时检测到故障的发生并准确判断出故障器件的所在位置。本文根据故障时电流的变化特性,提出了变流器单个器件开路故障的诊断方法。该方法通过电流Park矢量相位角的变化检测故障的发生,并依据故障后机侧平均电流的Park矢量相位角所在区间和网侧各相电流的正负确定故障器件的所在位置。仿真和实验结果证明所提方法准确、可靠,且对负载突变、电网电压跌落等干扰具有鲁棒性。
