基于开关电容技术的新型交流PWM开关及其在微电网模式切换中的应用

Abstract:

基于开关电容技术,提出一种新型交流PWM切换开关,其等值阻抗与开关频率成反比,给出了其基本原理和基本电路拓扑。将其与高速机械开关并联,构成一种新型混合固态切换开关,可应用于电路模式切换等多种场合,有效地限制暂态电流和开关分断时的电弧。探讨了这种新型混合固态切换开关在故障电流限制、微电网模式切换中的具体应用。仿真和实验结果验证了这种新型开关的合理性及有效性。
