高频链矩阵式正弦波变换器控制策略的改进

Abstract:

为改善高频链矩阵式正弦波变换器中双向开关换流的安全性以及逆变输出的频谱特性,在常规SPWM模式下,提出了一种新的解耦分时驱动方案。改变了以往该类变换器双向开关的两个门极共用一个驱动信号的方法,无需检测负载电流极性,容易实现。可以实现双向开关安全换流,以消除其固有的电压浪涌;保留了常规单相逆变器的倍频特性,充分发挥功率器件的开关性能,有利于滤波网络的小型化,且克服了相控方式的一些缺点。仿真和实验表明了方案的正确性。
