自适应对偶种群遗传算法及其在电磁场优化设计中的应用

Abstract:

针对标准遗传算法局部寻优能力不足以及算法早熟等问题,提出一种改进的遗传算法,即自适应对偶种群遗传算法。基于标准遗传算法,该算法引入了对偶种群以及基于迭代次数的自适应终止规则。在进化中,首先找出进化过程中的最优个体,此后每代个体相对于最优个体进行对称变换以生成对偶种群;其后通过环境选择操作保留两个种群中的精英个体用于下一代的进化。通过对标准测试函数的求解,自适应对偶种群遗传算法较之标准遗传算法能更快更稳定地收敛到最优解。最终,将该算法应用到超导磁储能系统优化设计问题,取得了满意的结果,证实算法对电磁设备优化设计的价值。
