基于过调制区域电压差反馈的IPMSM弱磁控制方法

Abstract:

永磁同步电机驱动系统中,逆变器馈送给电机的电压受其直流母线电压限制。为了提高直流母线电压受限情况下的电机转矩输出能力,提出了一种基于过调制区域电压差反馈的IPMSM弱磁控制方法。电机弱磁运行时,SVPWM过调制前后输出的电压差值作为反馈量构成一个电压反馈闭环,从而修正电流设定值实现弱磁电流的控制。控制算法将过调制区域的电压利用起来进行弱磁,在实现高倍弱磁扩速的同时能有效地改善弱磁转矩性能。系统具有良好的动态性能,简单易实现。实验结果表明了所提算法的可行性。
