Abstract:

针对三相-单相矩阵变换器功率解耦方法及闭环控制策略展开研究,提出了一种输出侧含功率解耦单元的三相-单相矩阵变换器拓扑,克服了传统三相-单相矩阵变换器由于输入输出功率直接耦合而引起的输入电流畸严重、谐波含量高等缺点,提高了该类变换器的输入性能。结合改善后的拓扑,本文还提出了一种基于虚拟直流电压反馈的双闭环控制策略,以输入电流为内环,虚拟直流母线电压为外环的控制回路不仅有效实现了三相-单相矩阵变换器功率因数校正,还兼顾了对功率解耦单元以及输出电压的稳定控制。最后以输出115V/400Hz机场用中频电源为例,进行了详细分析和方法验证,仿真和实验结果均表明,本文提出的功率解耦方法及控制策略是切实可行的。
