无传感器下永磁同步牵引电机的带速重投研究

Abstract:

轨道交通车辆中的牵引传动系统,在运行过程中常常需要关断逆变器脉冲让车辆惰行以节约能源,惰行结束后重新开启逆变器。本文在无位置传感器的条件下,研究了永磁同步牵引电机断电后的带速重投方法。在惰行结束之前,控制逆变器使电机定子短时短路,根据短路电流矢量可估计电机转子在重投时刻的位置,惰行结束电机重投后则采用一种改进的定子磁链法估计转子位置及速度。仿真与实验结果表明此方法能够在惰行期间准确估计电机的转子位置和转速,并顺利完成永磁同步牵引电机的带速重投。
