用于轨道交通超级电容储能的双向DC-DC变换器拓扑分析与比较

Abstract:

城市轨道交通的再生制动能量利用是轨道交通节能的重要措施,其中能量转换的核心环节双向DC-DC变换器的合理选择对提高系统的性能和效率、降低系统体积及重量等方面起着重要的作用。对在轨道交通超级电容储能场合具有应用前景的几种非隔离双向DC-DC变换器拓扑进行了分析、设计及比较,得出各种拓扑的特性。采用数学公式推导的方法描述了变换器拓扑开关器件电压、电流应力及无源器件的储能容量,为拓扑之间的比较提供依据。最后,通过综合比较,归纳出了各种拓扑的优缺点及适用的场合。
