基于脉振高频电压注入的永磁同步电机无速度传感器控制

Abstract:

为了克服安装速度传感器带来的诸多缺陷,且对传统永磁同步电机无位置传感器控制系统在低速段不能正常实施的问题,提出了一种采用脉振高频电压注入对电机转子位置进行估测的方法。脉振高频注入法基于电机的固有的或人为的凸极效应,对电机的基波方程和参数没有依赖性,可以有效地估算出包括零速在内的电机转子位置和速度。通过在电机定子绕组中注入脉振高频电压信号,利用电机交直轴高频阻抗所表现的凸极效应,及对电机绕组端电流的处理计算,准确地计算出电机的转子位置和转速,实现永磁同步电机的无速度传感器控制。仿真结果表明该方法能可靠的实现低速下的转子位置和速度的精确检测和控制,系统具有优良的动态、稳态性能。
