一种新的永磁同步电机转矩脉动抑制方法

Abstract:

表贴式永磁同步电机中,因气隙磁场畸变及逆变器的非线性特性,容易使电流波形发生畸变,导致电机性能降低。本文给出了一种新型的抑制转矩脉动、减小谐波电流的方法,在模糊PID控制的基础上,加入谐波注入补偿环节,有效补偿了三相电流的谐波,抑制了电机的转矩脉动。结合MATLAB仿真和实验,结果表明,该控制方法有效提高了系统的控制精度,转矩响应快,有效改善电流波形、抑制电机运行时的转矩脉动。
