树脂浇注干式变压器温度场及流场的数值计算

Abstract:

树脂浇注干式变压器的绝缘性能与其内部温度场分布密切相关。为了更准确地分析干式变压器的内部温度分布情况,根据树脂浇注干式变压器三维实体结构模型,建立了变压器内部温度场及周围流场的数学计算模型。依据传热学和计算流体力学原理,利用有限元法,对干式变压器温度场及流场进行数值分析,对比了干式变压器在不带外壳和带外壳、自然散热和强制冷却四种状态下内部温度场分布情况,给出了在四种状态下最热点所处的位置以及与端部的温差,从而指出了干式变压器运行中的薄弱环节,为干式变压器的定点温度监测提供了理论依据。
