应用于AGV的非接触式无线充电技术研究

Abstract:

针对工厂生产线上应用的无人搬运车(AGV)充电问题,本文提出一种非接触式无线充电方法,可解决传统集中式人工充电所带来的如充电不安全,接口老化,自动化水平低等诸多问题。首先,本文利用无线能量传输技术原理,建立了系统原、副边谐振仿真模型。然后,基于耦合谐振原理对仿真模型进行了理论计算,设计出满足AGV系统的硬件平台。最后,本文实现了能量发射端与接收端距离20~35mm可调,可对6节120Ah铅酸电池恒流充电,系统整体效率可达80%以上。同时通过比较电阻和电池两种不同负载在不同线圈距离下对无线能量传输系统效率及传输功率的影响,得出系统负载特性曲线,并得到满足系统要求的最佳传输功率及效率曲线。
