Abstract:

电动汽车(PEV)接入微电网系统后,其相应的充放电行为会对系统规划、运行和市场运营带来一些新问题甚至挑战。本文建立了计及电动汽车接入的微电网经济调度数学模型,分析了不同充放电模式对微电网经济运行的影响。以微电网系统运行成本和电动汽车用户充电成本的加权和最小化为目标函数,将电动汽车的充放电功率和系统中分布式电源的出力作为可优化调度变量,采用改进的遗传算法进行求解。通过一个小型微电网算例验证了所提模型和算法的有效性,并分析不同PEV充放电模式,即有序充放电模式、无序充电模式、延迟充电模式对微电网经济运行的影响。
