电动汽车制动系统的协调控制研究

Abstract:

再生制动是电动汽车的一个重要特性,能够回收制动能量并再次利用,但也对防抱死制动系统(ABS)的控制产生了不利影响。基于高效回收能量的目标,分析了电动汽车前后轮制动力的约束条件,确定了再生制动力分配策略。采用逻辑门限法实现了机械制动系统的防抱死控制,为减小再生制动对其的影响,当ABS启动时控制电机再生制动逐渐关闭。仿真结果表明本文所采用的制动力控制策略可有效提高制动能量回收率,紧急制动状况下ABS可正常工作,并能实现与再生制动系统的协调控制。
