风电并网引起电网电压波动的评价方法及应用

Abstract:

风电并网后其出力随机性将引起电网电压随机波动,探求全面准确的电压波动评价方法十分必要。本文从描述风电并网后电网电压随机分布的特征出发,分别定义了电压分布指数、偏度指数、保持指数三个电压波动评价指标,所提指标能够较好地从整体和局部两个方面反映风电接入后电网电压的随机分布情况。研究了电压波动评价时所需的风电场静态模型,结合所提模型和评价指标,研究了基于蒙特卡洛抽样的风场接入后电网电压波动评价方法及流程。以IEEE36节点系统为例,验证了所提指标和方法的有效性,并分析了风电场尺度参数、形状参数、风电接入位置等因素对电网电压波动的影响,为风电的合理并网提供参考。最后,将所提指标和评价方法应用于某地区电网的风电场并网点优化,进一步说明了指标和方法的实用性。
