基于互补性的间歇性分布式电源在配网中的优化配置

Abstract:

针对分布式风电(DWG)、光伏电池(PV)等间歇性分布式电源(DG)的输出功率及系统负荷功率的概率分布在时空范围内的差异性和互补性,通过划分时段并根据每个时段内间歇性DG与系统负荷功率的概率分布,以间歇性DG投资与售电、系统降损、电压质量以及废气减排量等综合效益为目标函数,采用机会约束规划方法建立整个时段内间歇性DG的最优配置模型。选择易于处理离散变量的遗传算法进行最优求解。算例结果表明,该最优配置模型能充分考虑到间歇性DG输出功率与负荷功率的概率分布在时空域内的差异性和互补性,较全面地反应了间歇性DG接入系统后所取得的经济、环境以及电压质量等综合运行效益,验证了所提模型合理性和有效性。
