Abstract:

为提高现代无线通信系统中功率放大器的供电效率,本文采用AB型线性放大器和同步整流的Buck变换器并联构成包络线跟踪电源。其中线性放大器以电压型输出,跟踪参考信号的电压波形;Buck变换器以电流型输出,提供绝大部分的负载功率。为消除输出电压对线性放大器输出电流的影响,本文提出采用输出电压全前馈方法,该方法包含两个前馈项,分别用来抵消线性放大器的两个负载导纳,从而从本质上减小线性放大器的输出电流,提高ET电源的效率。为验证提出方法的有效性,本文通过一台跟踪频率为100kHz,输出电压为5~15V正弦波,峰值输出功率为75W的ET电源原理样机进行实验验证。实验结果表明,采用输出电压全前馈方法可以基本消除线性放大器输出电流中的基波成分,大大减小其电流有效值,ET电源的效率得到较大程度的提高。
