含分布式电源的配电网多故障抢修的多代理策略研究

Abstract:

针对配电网灾后突发多处故障快速制定应急抢修方案的问题,建立了含分布式电源(DG)的配电网多小队抢修优化策略模型。模型中考虑派遣应急发电车为重要负荷供电,提高抢修效率。在协调控制配网控制中心、抢修小队、负荷以及DG的基础上,将多代理技术应用到配电网多故障抢修当中,构建了由控制中心代理、N个抢修小队代理以及信息采集代理组成的多代理系统,快速得到应急抢修策略。系统考虑抢修现场突发新故障情况,通信正常时由控制中心代理根据全局信息修改网络拓扑,实时更新抢修策略;通信不利则由抢修小队代理按照各小队预计抢修时间修改网络拓扑,独立更新抢修策略,完成抢修任务,最终实现动态抢修。仿真结果验证了所提方法的有效性和正确性。
