电触点材料接触电阻高精密测量技术

Abstract:

电触点材料是影响电气与电子工程中电接触可靠性的关键。本文综合应用了激励电流断续斩波技术、低噪低漂移弱信号调理技术和滑动窗口平均滤波技术,设计并实现了接触电阻的高精密测量,进而应用0.01级标准电阻和M22等级标准砝码完成了测量系统的误差分析。最后以典型平面AgCdO复合触点材料完成了不同激励电流条件下接触电阻与接触压力间滞回特性的测试与分析,实验结果确定了接触压力和激励电流对接触电阻的影响规律。
