永磁同步电机重载驱动的曲柄伺服压力机动力系统参数

Abstract:

阐述了曲柄伺服压力机重载驱动的动力系统方案,鉴于压力机冲压加工过程负载具有的瞬时重载特性,对该动力系统的永磁同步电机电参数和电容组容值分别进行了理论分析,并通过推导提出了近似求解的解析表达式。以研制一台80吨的曲柄压力机为目标,根据理论公式计算得到的各参数值,设计并实现了该动力系统的电容组储能硬件装置和永磁同步电机驱动伺服系统,以液压蓄能器作为加载对象进行了试验测试,实验结果显示该动力系统参数解析公式是合理的,这为该类型伺服压力机的研发及优化提供了理论依据。
