外永磁转子爪极电机空载气隙磁场解析计算

Abstract:

由于外永磁转子爪极电机的结构复杂,其空载气隙磁场需通过建立三维模型进行分析,而采用三维有限元方法计算耗时较长且网格剖分对其计算结果影响加大,因此本文提出了一种在极坐标系向建立的空载磁场解析计算模型。通过轴向分段的方法,将该电机三维模型转化为多个二维模型,并给出了相应的的边界条件,利用傅里叶级数变换和分离变量法推导得出了空载气隙磁场的切向和轴向磁通密度,齿槽转矩和空载反电动势的解析式。为了验证解析模型的准确性,将解析计算结果与有限元计算和样机实验测量的结果相比较,结果对比误差较小,验证了解析模型的准确性和可行性。
