基于静态安全性和实时供电能力的输电网安全等级研究

Abstract:

考虑到天气因素对输电线载流量及电网安全的影响,采用摩尔根公式计算实时载流量;基于实时载流量,对电网进行实时静态安全分析,并通过线性规划法计算实时供电能力,定义了危险指标、风险指标、安全指标、安全均衡度等,来定量评估电网解列、越限、安全等情况;以此将电网安全状态划分为5个等级,给出了量化标准。同时,提出了电网安全分析的分区管理理念,通过“分解-协调法”来实现区域间的数据交换。算例表明该评价体系能定量刻画电网在正常、故障及检修时的安全状况,准确反映电网安全性高低、定位电网结构不合理的地方,便于提早采取措施。
