三相PFC整流器改进单周期控制策略

Abstract:

三相PFC变换器的单周期控制因其控制简单,无需乘法器及采样输入电压受到广泛研究。传统单周期控制策略中,变换器输入电感电流采样直接作为调制信号与载波交割产生PWM信号,因此传统单周期控制策略中的PWM信号可视为通过SPWM方式所获得。在这种调制方法下,三相PFC变换器输出电压较高,直流母线电压利用率较低,不利于降低开关管耐压等级和提高系统效率。本文在分析3P4W系统中的三相四桥臂整流拓扑传统单周期控制策略基础上,提出变革传统单周期控制策略中的调制波波形,将3次谐波注入PWM调制(SAPWM)引入到单周期控制策略中。通过SAPWM调制可降低单周期控制的三相PFC变换器输出电压,提高直流母线电压利用率,进而有利于提高系统效率。改进的单周期控制策略同时可以推广到3P3W系统中的三相三桥臂整流、三相维也纳整流电路。系统仿真与实验验证了理论分析的正确性。
