基于波形实时分析的动车组三电平逆变器故障诊断技术

Abstract:

多电平逆变器已经广泛应用于高压大功率场合,因此关于这类电路的故障诊断也变得越来越重要。本文研究了三电平逆变器单个器件开路故障的诊断问题。根据调制电压和对应相电流的方向,把电路分成四个工作区间。当器件在不同工作区间开路时,对桥臂电压波形进行详细的实时分析,并提出三条故障判断依据。设计具体的故障诊断电路,根据桥臂电压波形的电平及其持续时间的变化实现器件开路故障的自动诊断。实验结果表明,该方法能够快速区分提出的故障模式,并精确定位到故障器件。
