基于等效间隔-频率分布的含风电场电力系统随机生产模拟

Abstract:

在随机生产模拟中,负荷的时序波动会导致发电机的起停和相关的动态运行费用。随机生产模拟频率持续(FD)法能反映上述时序波动因素的作用并进行相应的指标评价,但因其没有考虑过短时间间隔内发电机连续起停的不可行性,评价结果存在一定偏差。在风电等间歇性能源接入量不断增加的情况下,系统净负荷的波动性进一步提高,这种现象更加显著。为获得更加合理的评价结果,将负荷频率曲线扩展至负荷超越的间隔-频率分布及间隔-频率分布族,同时反映时序波动的频率信息和时间分布信息,形成了基于等效间隔-频率分布的随机生产模拟解析算法。通过EPRI36机组算例验证了所提方法的有效性。
