基于SPWM逆变器供电的电主轴电机铁损特性改进预测模型

Abstract:

适合电主轴电机工程设计的铁损分析预测问题目前尚未圆满解决如谐波分析法计算繁琐,效率低,而且由于硅钢片特性实验数据的不足,难以对电主轴电机的铁损进行有效预测;神经网络预测法计算精度与可靠性依赖于实验训练的样本数;现有参数估计预测模型对谐波涡流损耗项的界定不合理,计算误差大。针对现有方法的不足,建立基于正弦脉宽调制SPWM(SinusoidalPulseWidthModulation,SPWM)电压源逆变器供电的电主轴电机铁心软磁材料铁损特性改进的参数估计预测模型,对模型中谐波涡流损耗系数进行重新定义、推导和修正。对比分析了该模型、现有模型和谐波分析法的计算结果,并对电主轴电机铁心软磁材料的铁损特性进行了理论预测与实验研究。仿真与实验证实了改进模型的正确性和有效性。
