多棒型激光触发真空开关时延特性的研究

Abstract:

介绍了激光触发真空开关(LaserTriggeredVacuumSwitch,LTVS)的基本结构和工作原理,对初始等离子体的产生和扩展所涉及的物理过程进行详细分析,并对其工作在不同的间隙电压、激光波长、激光能量和极性配置下开展了一系列实验。通过对开关结构的改进提高了开关的耐流能力;间隙距离的增加,使其耐压能力得到提高;独特的触发片结构设计,降低了开关对激光能量的依赖,减少了开关的时延。
