一种新的单相-三相矩阵变换器调制策略

Abstract:

针对直接型单相-三相矩阵变换器,提出一种基于正弦脉宽调制(SinePulseWidthModulation,SPWM)的调制方法。假定单相输入电压为余弦函数,通过构造含有输出电流频率和一族输入频率奇数倍频率的余弦函数,进行简单的加减运算作为调制波,可以获得对称的三相输出电压,并且输出电压的谐波次数、频率和幅值可控。对于感性负载,输出电流近似为正弦波形,获得了单相-三相矩阵变换器的输入电流计算公式。建立Matlab/Simulink的仿真模型,构造相应的调制函数,进行了阻感负载的仿真实验。使用DSP芯片和双向开关搭建了单相-三相矩阵变换器的实验平台,实验结果表明提出的调制策略扩大了矩阵变换器输出频率的调节范围,减小了输出电流的总谐波失真度(TotalHarmonicDistortion,THD),并能保持输入功率因数为1,具有良好的性能。
