一种新型高效无变压器型单相光伏逆变器

Abstract:

单相无变压器型逆变器由于体积小、效率高、造价低,被广泛应用于低功率光伏并网系统中。本文提出了一种新型无变压器型单相光伏逆变器,该逆变器不产生共模电流,对电网不产生直流分量。相同条件下,其输出电流纹波是半桥逆变器的一半,与二极管钳位式三电平逆变器的几乎相同;并且其效率高于半桥逆变器,与二极管钳位式三电平逆变器的效率接近;实验样机的测试结果验证了所提出的逆变器拓扑的合理性。
