平面圆盘型激光触发真空开关触发机制研究

Abstract:

高压强流脉冲开关是脉冲功率技术的重要控制单元,触发真空开关(TriggeredVacuumSwitch,TVS)具有通流容量大,介质恢复速度快、欠压比小等特点,但它存在导通时延长、抖动大、容易误触发等问题。设计了长间隙激光触发真空开关(LaserTriggeredVacuumSwitch,LTVS),LTVS的导通机制涉及激光烧蚀,激光照射目标材料,参与导电的物质有原子、离子、自由电子和微粒。当LTVS间隙距离为12mm、耐受电压为30kV时,为保证LTVS可靠导通,使用激光能量为50mJ,激光波长为1064nm,距离阴极端面为0mm时,LTVS的导通时延为1μs,抖动时延为50ns,由于激光的能量稳定,保证了LTVS的抖动时延小。使用激光触发的方式,可以缩短导通时延,隔离电磁干扰,消除开关的误触发现象。
