航空用盘式绕组旋转式音圈电机的热应力与热变形分析*

Abstract:

旋转式音圈电机由于体积小,安装方便,在航空航天上越来越多地被用来驱动小惯量负载在有限转角内运动.盘式绕组音圈电机结构上具有一定优势,因为其轴向尺寸小,还可以无约束自由转动.影响音圈电机期可靠工作的因素主要有两点,即应力和温升.本文对盘式绕组旋转式音圈电机不同工作状态下的热载荷进行了分析,并建模对其热应力和热变形进行了仿真计算,计算结果表明所选择材料可以满足音圈电机长期可靠工作要求.论文工作对工程实际具有很好的参考价值.
