面向磁流变缓冲装置的快速响应励磁电流源研究

Abstract:

结合汽车磁流变缓冲装置的阻抗特性和励磁电流响应技术要求,建立磁流变缓冲装置的等效电路模型,得出流经励磁线圈的电流时间历程表达式,分析降低磁流变缓冲装置电流响应时间的主要措施,提出一种隔离式变换器和非隔离式变换器相结合的两级式结构,理论分析前后级传递函数关系,进一步选择电路参数,构建实际电路系统,并进行一系列实验。实验表明在驱动负载(等效电感39.6mH,电阻11.7Ω)时,驱动电流源是可控的,输出电流0~3A可调,驱动负载上升时间小于5ms,下降时间小于10ms,满足预期设计要求。
