提升风火打捆哈郑特高压直流风电消纳能力的安全稳定控制措施研究

Abstract:

针对风火打捆哈郑直流工程投运初期火电接入方案及电源建设存在的不确定性,基于送端电网多变的运行方式,详细分析了特高压直流投运不同阶段对送端新疆—西北电网的稳定特性带来的影响,给出了提升风电消纳能力的安全稳定控制策略及哈密换流站安控系统的配置方案,可用于指导电网的实际生产运行,解决西北新疆交流外送系统结构薄弱及交直流系统特性复杂等引起的电网安全稳定问题,实现大型能源基地送出系统的协调优化控制。
